Customer's name, telephone number, address and e-mail address, purchase dates, payment method, cookies.

PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER

The registry is protected by the administrator by appropriate measures. Laveena Group undertakes not to disclose customer data to third parties, with the exception of our invoicing and logistics partners. The passwords you create in our store are only known to you. Take good care of them!

DELIVERY

We deliver Toffel everywhere according to the postal price list. The price of the postage will be automatically added to the total amount of your order. Once you have paid for your purchase, your order will be transferred to our warehouse for processing. If the size you ordered is out of stock, our seamstress will start working to make your Toffels.

Delivery time: 1-6 weeks

RETURNS

We want you to be absolutely happy with your Toffels! If you want to exchange or return unused Toffel, you can send them back to our warehouse at Maununnevantie 33, 00430 Helsinki at our expense.

Print the return form from the link below, fill it out carefully and put it unused with the Toffels in the package. Attach the printable return address from the link below to your package and deliver the package for mail delivery. Laveena Group is lying postage for you.

Once your package has arrived at our warehouse, we will check the product and refund your money to the bank account you provided on the return form.
